Wrist-Mounted Mirror
A wrist-mounted rearview mirror designed to give motorcyclists a compact alternative to conventional motorcycle mirrors.
The product combines the functionality of a wrist-worn device with an integrated rearview mirror, featuring a protective hinged cover that keeps the mirror protected when not in use.
The development focused on compact integration, ergonomics, and mechanical functionality, refining the geometry to accommodate the mirror, hinge mechanism, wrist strap, and protective housing within a wearable form.

Vehicle Wheel Dolly
A heavy-duty wheel dolly designed to support and move vehicles safely within automotive workshops.
The product was developed around the demands of load-bearing performance, durability, and ease of handling, with the geometry optimized for the casting process and the mechanical requirements of the application.
The development included casting-oriented geometry refinement, focusing on material distribution, structural integrity, and reliable production of the final part.

Wine cooler Handles
A set of handles developed for a Canadian wine cooler manufacturer, designed to combine a clean, robust appearance with the requirements of aluminum injection molding.
The development included draft angle analysis and geometry refinement to ensure the parts could be efficiently manufactured while maintaining the intended form and proportions.
We also refined the geometry with a focus on material efficiency, balancing structural requirements, manufacturing constraints, and overall part weight.
